FRANCESCO MARDEGAN

 

He began studying violin at the age of 8 with Enrico Rebellato at the Cesare Pollini Conservatory in Padua, and then graduated at 16 with 10 honors and distinction, He later perfected his skills with Ilya Grubert and,then, Marco Rizzi, with whom he is currently enrolled in the solo course at the Mannheim Hochschule. He is an overall winner in several international competitions Euritmia, Caffa Righetti and Schubert. Recently he is a finalist in the XXX and XXXI editions of the violinist competition “Andrea Postacchini, where, in 2024 he won the special prize to commendator Santori. In 2023 he has his recording debut with Suonare Records as a member of the Eidos Trio. He has participated in numerous master classes with Maestros Zakhar Bron, Dejan Bogdanovich, Uto Ughi and Pavel Berman. He plays a Holy Seraphim.
