Bio

Dalia Besprozvany is an Israeli Soprano based in Leipzig. She begun to play cello at the age of 7 and continued to classical singing later on. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and was part of the Israeli Opera Studio program for the 2019/20 season. Currently she is studying for her Master at the Mandelson’s Academy in Leipzig under Prof. Carola Guber as part of the DAAD excellence Project. Dalia has performed the roles of Helena (A Midsummer Night’s Dream – Mozart) at Hofoper Jena, Die Hexe (Hänsel und Gretel – Humperdinck) with Israeli Ashdod symphonic orchestra, Arminda (La Finta Giardiniera – Mozart), Elettra (Idomeneo -Mozart), Her last engagement wa as a cover role at Oper Leipzig as Leonora (Maskarade – Carl Nielsen). This year she will sing the role of Un pastorale in “Tosca” at Oper Leipzig.
