Bio

Born in Gyeonggi (South Korea) in 1994, she graduated from Ewha Women University in 2017. She later moved to Italy to continue her studies at the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory of Music in Turin, where she brilliantly graduated in 2021, obtaining the master’s degree in Singing with full marks and honors. She began studying chamber music at the same school’s master course in 2020, where she studied under the guidance of Erik Battaglia. (Lied/ Vocal chamber music) She participated in Mariella Devia Masterclass in 2021. She has performed in numerous concerts in Italy. In 2019, she performed a concert at the ‘Alba Music Festival’. She performed in two concerts in Avigliana in “Associazione Sandro Fuga” in 2021. She gave the concert “MOZART A TORINO, Musica e narrazione per celebrare i 250 anni” at the Unione Musicale in Turin. Seo-hee has excelled in numerous international competitions : She obtained the role of Sacerdotessa, from the opera Aida by G. Verdi, at the International Opera Competition of the City of Vigevano in 2019. She is finalist in the competitions of the “Academy Teatro alla Scala” and “ACADÉMIE DE L’OPÉRA DE PARIS NATIONAL DE PARIS”. Seohee is the semifinalist at the international Belvedere 2022 competition(Latvia). And she has won the first prize and the Special Puccini prize at the Arturo Toscanini competition in 2021. In 2022 she won the second prize in the Belluno competition. She won the second prize in the “European Opera Competition Torino in the World 2022”. And she won first prize in the Rinaldo Pelizzoni opera competition 2022.
