Nina Solodovnikova has performed several roles such as Violetta Valery (La Traviata), Adina (L’elisir d’amore), Giulietta (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Aspasia (Mitridate, Re di Ponto), Fanny (La Cambiale d’matrimonio), Oscar (Un ballo in maschera), Musetta (La Bohème), Valencienne (La vedova allegra), Dido (Dido and Aeneas), Tebaldo (Don Carlo). He has worked with conductors such as Daniel Oren, Michele Mariotti, Yves Abel, Francesco Ivan Ciampa, Jader Bignamini, Rinaldo Alesandrini, Jonatan Brandani. He has sung in different European theatres such as Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro Municipale Verdi di Salerno, Teatro Donizetti di Bergamo, Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, Opera de Tenerife. In 2019 he made his debut in South Korea at the Daegu Opera House. It will subsequently make its debut at the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck. In January 2021, the DVD “Pietro il Grande” from the 2019 Donizetti Festival produced by Dynamic will be released where Nina plays Annetta Mazepa. It is the world’s first video recording of this rare Donizetti title. She graduated from the COnservatorio G. B. Martini in Bologna. She perfected her studies at the Opera School of the Teatro Comunale in Bologna and at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana. She specialised in the Donizetti repertoire at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala. He deepened his knowledge of the Baroque repertoire at the Accademia Filarmonica in Bologna. He won various competitions for young opera singers, including: Concorso Internazionale “Citt? di Pesaro” (2015, 1st prize), 3rd Opera Competition “Aurelio Burzi” (2015, Special Prize “Repertorio Rossiniano”), 3rd International Singing Competition “Bellano Paese degli Artisti” (2019, 2nd prize), 9th Edition of the Opera Competition “Salice d’oro” (2019, Special Prize), Tullio Serafin Opera Competition (2021).
