TAERYUL KIM

 

The bass Taeryul Kim began his musical journey studying violin in Moscow before turning to voice at the Korea National University of Arts in Seoul, where he graduated with distinction. He is currently pursuing his studies at the Hochschule für Musik Saar in Saarbrücken, Germany. He made his international debut at the State Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in the role of Hobang in the Korean opera Chunhyang-jeon. Taeryul Kim has received awards in numerous national and international competitions.
