SOJIN YANG

 

The baritone SoJin Yang studied vocal performance at Kyunghee University in Seoul and completed his opera studies at the International Opera Academy in Ghent. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. His stage roles include Don Giovanni, Masetto in Don Giovanni, Tarquinius in The Rape of Lucretia, and Sciarrone in Tosca. He was a semifinalist at the Belvedere Singing Competition in 2025 and won the Special Prize at the Concours International de Belcanto Vincenzo Bellini in 2024.
