ZHENGYU LI

 

The Chinese bass-baritone Zhengyu Li, born in 2004, began his training at the age of 15.2 He studied at the University of Szeged and is currently continuing his studies at the Mannheim University of Music and Performing Arts with Prof. Stefanie Krahnenfeld. He has won several regional competitions in various European countries. In 2023, he made his debut in Italy as Don Basilio and Fiorello in Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Teatro Savoia. He is also a scholarship holder of the Heidelberger Frühling Liedakademie for the 2024/25 season.
