Antonin Bonnet studied piano and chamber music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSM) in the classes of Denis Pascal and Claire Désert respectively.
Recently, he is one of the only French pianists to have been selected to participate in the international competitions of Épinal and Clara Haskil.
Antonin was a student of Frédérique Lagarde and then benefited from the teaching of Romain Descharmes at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) of Paris where he obtained his Diploma of Musical Studies with the congratulations of the jury.
Anxious to acquire a historical awareness of the repertoire, he has participated in masterclasses on period instruments at the Musée de la Musique and has given several concerts at the Salon romantique de Croissy. Antonin has also participated in prestigious academies, notably that of Villecroze. He has had the opportunity to perfect his skills with great musicians, including Blandine Dumay, François Salques, Hortense Cartier-Bresson, Jean-Frédéric Neuburger, and Yves Henri.
Distinguished in many national and international competitions (Léopold Bellan, Music and Stars awards, Mayenne, Lagny-sur-Marne…), Antonin performs throughout France as a soloist and chamber musician (Duo with pianist Tom Carré, Duo Arborescence with violinist Iris Scialom, Quintette Boccherini, Trio Luminescence …)
Antonin Bonnet had the opportunity to record Brahms’ third sonata for violin and piano with violinist Elena Watson-Perry at Radio-France.
In parallel to his young career as a musician, Antonin holds a scientific baccalaureate with honors and studies at the University of Paris-Dauphine. He is involved with the Dauphine Durable association, publishing press reviews and infographics to raise students’ awareness of ecological issues.
