Danylo Saienko began playing the piano at the age of six. He graduated from the prestigious specialized Salome Krushelnytska Music School for Gifted Children in Lviv / Lemberg (Ukraine) in the piano class of Yuri Moysyak. In 2009 Danylo Saienko at the State Mykola Lysenko National Music Academy in Lviv / Lemberg (Ukraine) has been accepted in the piano class of Prof. Yozif Ermine. Since 2014 he studied at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg with Prof. Anna Vinnizka and from 2017 at the Hochschule für Musik ynd Theater in Rostock with Prof. Mattias Kirschnereit. He received awards in the following competitions: Maria Canals Piano Competition (Barcelana/Spain 2015) – 1 Prize International Piano Competition “GIORGOS Thymis”(Thessaloniki/ Greece 2015)–1 Prize Massarosa International Piano Competition ( Massarosa/ Italy 2018) – 1 Prize “Pietro Ideluca” International Piano Competition (Carsoli/Italy, 2018) – 3 Prize “Fausto Zadra’ International Piano Competition (Abano Terme/Italy,2018) – 3 Prize Brescia Classica International Piano Competition (Brescia/ Italy 2017) – 3 prize Malta International Music Fest 2017 (Malta 2017) -4 Prize International Vladimir Horowitz Piano Competition in Kiev (2012) – 6 Price, Emil Gilels International Piano Competition in Odessa (2012) – 3rd prize, International Mykola Lysenko Competition in Kiev (2012) – 4th prize. He received the award “Zlotyj Parnas” the Piano Forum Festival (Sianok, Poland 2011) He received the diploma “Finalist” in “Valsesa Muska” Piano Competition in Varallo (Italy, 2013) and the S.Stancic Piano Competition in Zagreb (Croatia 2014). Actively gives concerts both solo and with symphony orchestra in Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, France, Italy, Slovakia, Greece and Norway.
