Yugyeong Oh was born on 26 September 1996, in Incheon, South Korea and graduated in Gyeong-Gi Art High School and College of music, Yonsei university in Seoul. She was taught Professor Younglan Han in College of Music, Yonsei University from 2015 to 2018. She has won many National competitions in Eum-ak Journal competition(2nd prize, 2014) Brahms association in Korea piano competition(1st prize, 2014), Seong-Jeong music competition (2nd prize, 2017), Korea herald competition (2nd prize, 2017) and 38Th The Music Association of Korea Competition (2nd prize, 2018). And she recently held a solo Recital at Elim Art Center in Incheon and as a young artist, at Kumho Art Hall in Seoul. She has taken part in masterclasses given by Ian Young-Wook Yoo, Sunghoon Kim, Alexander Kobrin, Olivier Gardon und Ingo Dannhorn. Currently she is studying with Jacob Leuschner at Hochschule für Musik Detmold.
