YANGTING WANG

 

Yangting Wang was born on September 16, 2011, and began learning the piano at the age of five. In 2019, she studied under Professor Chen Manchun, and in 2021 she was admitted to the Affiliated Primary School of the Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM) with the second-highest score, subsequently studying under Professor Yang Shanshan. She is currently in the eighth grade at the CCOM Middle School. Her accolades include first prize at the 29th Chopin International Competition for Young Pianists (China Finals), third prize at the 4th Zhuhai Mozart International Youth Music Week, first prize at the 2nd Phoenix Flower International Music Competition (China Finals), third prize at the 19th Ettlingen International Piano Competition in Germany, second prize at the 7th Aarhus International Piano Competition in Denmark, and fifth prize at the 2025 Thomas & Evon Cooper International Piano Competition.
